I lost count how many times they checked that everything was all right, even to the extent that one sweet girl asked several times if everything tasted good...   Besides the high standard of decor, views, best beds, great welcome staff at reception, rooms clean. Very inviting swimming pool, art on display. Like the way the Hilton provides good quality toiletries but not excessive in amount. Pleasure to stay there. - This would be one of the better hotels I have stayed at in NZ.   Very unfair to make a reasonable comment of this question, we arrived just after 6.00pm had to be at our event breifing by 7.00pm didn't get back till after 8.30pm had take away tea then in bed to be up at 4.00am fo complete our event, so as you can see just a quick stopover. - I liked the big Spa Bath.   We had a fantastic stay at Debretts the staff are very welcoming and due the weather not being the greatest during our stay it was awesome to be able to walk the kids down to the pools and entertain them there. My boys loved the kids area and wanted to play there even in the rain.   The location was brilliant, its a small town anyway but nice to be a stones throw beach and short walk to restaurants.   It was clean, hotelier recommended the local english pub for dinner up the road - great recommendation by the way. Nice and quiet even though it was fully booked. Great location. - Hot spa in room was lovely. Room small but clean comfortable and all we needed. Staff were very pleasant and being beside the lake was great.

  The staff were very friendly and easy access to facilities like the guest laundry and indoor pool. Units were spacious especially for a young family as ours. We loved the fact that the motel was central to places like the supermarket, shops, Hamilton town centre etc. We had forgotten a wallet in our unit the day we checked out and the owners were ... vad folk säger » very gracious to post this back to us. The extra space and comfort at Settlers was worth a slightly longer drive to the snow in the morning and the value was fantastic. Helen was very welcoming and helpful, would happily stay again, and like to spend more time in the area.

  Loved being walking distance to the shops, cafes and the beach just across the road. Was a lovely child free weekend for the two of us, so relaxing, and the apartment was comfortable and also nice relaxing on the deck while having a few drinks! We will be back :) - Everthing.   Extremely helpful staff making arrangements for our shuttle to Tongariro Alpine Crossing and for an excellent fishing guide, Tim McCarthy. Food is excellent. They cooked for us one of the trout that we caught. - Our family is enjoy living Tongariro Lodge,We will come again next time.
