The fantastic view from all 3 windows which I've looked the harbour, the cable-car and the mountains; the very good kitchen facilities; the helpful owners, friendly welcome and free Wi-Fi. 2 mins walk from town and lakeside though it is a climb back up but easily manageable. Excellent value, owners are new and are putting improvements in every day. Very good place to sit and watch the boats coming in and out, the paragliders descending into town and just relax and enjoy being in a lovely, bustl.

This takes time but in the meantime they have made the rooms as comfortable as possible and go out of their way to make guests welcome. They showed true kiwi hospitality. It is located just 2 minutes from the town centre so you do not need a car. Everything is within walking distance.They have effective heating and it is clean and comfortable so a great place to stay and a good standard. wonderful hotel! We loved the proximity to the town centre. There is a bus stop for the airport across the road. Staff is very helpful and friendly and I would stay there again on any return to Queenstown. Overall our stay here was good and I would be happy to stay again. Quite good but no hot water in shower, Owner New but still charged me full Price which I thought was a Bit over the Top. The step up to room 3 might be difficult for people with mobility problems but they do have rooms on lower level. Drive down to car park bit tight but plenty of on road parking outside. There are minor maintenance issues but the owners are aware of these and striving to deal with them as quickly as possible. It also needs updating on the outside so don't be put off by this, the owners aim to take care of this and it really is a great place to stay. Washroom facilities are a bit dated. Shower is really weak. N/A. n/a. Steep climb from Town centre. There was nothing I did not like. Nothing. A few things dated and tired but could be easily repaired and improved, e.g. bath and shower, deck timber, cleaning. The room was very cramped - furniture, cupboards etc very old. No bedside tables or reading lights, holes in the curtains. Bathroom extremely cramped, no vanity or towel rails.
