The fantastic courtesy and service we received from you and your staff on two occasions when we stayed with you this past month.
The free coach service to and from the airport was of real value and when coupled with the long term off street parking for our car while we were away for a couple of weeks was really appreciated.

Its all about the free airport shuttle as planes from oz seem to get
to akl at dreadful hours. Worked perfectly for me,appreciated. But
wait there is more. Also free pickup & return delivery to nearest
restaurant. Lovely people & good meals. They also deliver take-
aways. Motel rooms are large & generous & very clean. Have
used it a few times now & wouldn't consider looking for
alternative accommodation. Represents great value,good location &
has the shuttle.

Best airport stop we have ever had. Location very close to airport but no aircraft noise and very quiet area. Several good restaurants within minutes walk of hotel. Beds large and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel/motel, and on both occasions we have been very pleased with the room and the service. The free parking and shuttle to and from the airport is a significant bonus. We'll be staying again in September. Early reviews should be disregarded. The present reality exhibits none of the problems mentioned

I loved the people/staff they were really helpful and friendly although I had a little trouble understanding their accent at times, they really took the stress out of getting to and fro the airport and were very accomodating with parking even though it was in short supply. Also a cot was there all ready for our infant that I had e-mailed and inquired about.

We had our room upgraded to one of the newer suites. We are so thankful for that. It was amazing - especially the shower!!! Coffee was great, selection of teas also. Comfort all round. OUTSTANDING. Better than the inner city hotels we have stayed in. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back and will definitely recommend. -

The room was clean (if a little dated) and roomy enough for two of us. it was close to the motor way but we couldn't hear anything. Easy to find and (very good for auckland) free on-site parking.

We loved the comfort of our beds, got the best sleep and the staff the were lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay comfortable, parking was excellent and lovely to be able to walk to the bank and coffee shop just beside it plus only a few minutes away from our conference! I felt safe in clean and attractive surroundings. It was a convenient location with major routes accessible. Movie theatre and food shops and restaurants close by. Parking was easy . Staff were friendly and efficient. Good instructions to use remote controls for TV and radio.
