The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! This place Rocks..New and Clean..Only 2 trolley stops to the center of town. Great location. Saturday and Sunday checkout at 5pm great stuff. I will stay there again. Breakfast was great. Couldnt have been better - just everything... stuff is really friendly and helpful, room is more than i was expected for price...

Room was very clean, just what we needed for a stop off before headed to our next destination in the morning. Shower/toilet is in the room, me and my partner wasn't bothered, but might be a bother for some people if friends are sharing a room. there was discounts for local restaurants and cafes, we did the breakfast in the Park Café in the morning

Minimal but functional. Bed was comfy, everything worked. No problems with noise. It was clean and new. Location was great, easy walking distance from everything, but still a quiet pleasant location. Plenty of interesting stuff right near the hotel, Escher museum, Mesdag panorama, the shopping area, cafes, eateries and art galleries... It's the best budget option we could find. No frills but the basics are good.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal, central but quiet and our room was excellent value. the beds were comfortable and room was clean and though not large it was well furnished with adequate facilities to make our stay easy. The bathroom was particularly well equipped with a spacious and responsive shower. Free wifi was a great asset for my teenage daughter and when we realised we had forgotten a charger for her IPod the hotel helped out by lending us one (5€ refundable depo
