  personalens servicekänsla - Great position just by Den Haag Centraal (we were actually attending the Delft Blues Festival, but could get there by train within a few minutes). Bikes can also be rented and left overnight at the rail station rental depot, which is a one minute walk away The beds are supremely comfortable (but these are a legacy from... vad folk säger » Sofitel, I believe: just hope that when they are replaced the new ones are as good) Front desk staff were very good and very attentive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is very big and comfortable, as well as the bed. The price is resonable. The bathroom is very sanitary and comfortable, and it is very close to the central station and it is just at the main entrance of the station. I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.

  Since we were there on business and the office was 1 block away, we most enjoyed the location. I also found their spa facilities and gym wonderful for the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. The room was very quiet. - Beautifully designed comfortable rooms and great service.

  Lovely room, comfortable beds, nespresso machine was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cooked dishes and a cold buffet. The spa had just opened but we had forgotten our swim suits. Location was very good. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants and the station was a 15 min stroll along the canal, or you can catch the bus from ro... vad folk säger » und the corner. Gaston and the other staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. We used their parking at a cost of 12 euros per night. - The location, facilities and above all the staff who were very friendly and helpful. This was especially true when I caught "Dutch Flu" and they let us stay in the room for an extra 2 hrs until it was time to go to the Airport - Gaston's suggestion. Also Gaston's mum who runs a shuttle service to the Airport deserves a positive mention. Thanks again.
