  The staff were very welcoming, they made the stay much more pleasant. I thought the hotel of a very high standard. The free internet access was very useful too. Although the train station was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, there was a bus that ran in front of the hotel between Den Haag Central Station and Leiden Central Station.   We had a lovely stay the beds were really soft and the room was spaciousand clean, we were overlooking the canal with a lovely view.   It was very clean and comfortable with reliable service. Being so close to the central train station is a big plus. They also were very accomodating regarding storing luggage pre and post check-in time (to correspond to flight times). - The quiet location and the efficient heating.
