  The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for directions and the receptionist actually took us there in his free time! Amazing! - staff were excellent . very helpful at all times .we will stay again 10/10

  I had a party of 7persons stayed at Hotel Emma (Rotterdam) for a week. Their needs were well taken care of. I will definitely use Hotel Emma whenever I am in Rotterdam. - Every member of staff is friendly helpful and sociable, with a ready, natural smile and always with a good sense of humour

  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room. The hotel wasn'... vad folk säger » t so full so they put us in a better room than we had asked for, for the same fee. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!
