  We were traveling with our grandchildren to the Amsterdam area. This guesthouse was absolutely perfect for us. The rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.. It is in the country, but you are only 15-20 minutes from Amsterdam as well as the charming towns of Volendam... vad folk säger » and Edam. Being a working farm was a further plus. The children loved interacting with the cows, horses, sheep..even the dusk and chickens. The owne - Overleekerhoeve was a highlight of our European vacation. Our enthusiastic hostess provided us with all the comforts we could ask for; from farm fresh milk to bicycles and a map of the nearby countryside, complete with stories of places to visit and optional routes to explore. This unique experience included watching the cows give milk; chatting with the farmhands; watching the many birds, domestic and wild; and soaking in a spotless jacuzzi after a day's ride across the countryside.   The service is amazing: the owners are really nice and helpful, they try to make the whole experience of staying there even better. The breakfast is rich and traditional Dutch. - Nice quite location and couple were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

  Everything! The house is stunningly beautiful, the location in the classy, cute and quiet town superb, the views over the lake... Host Pamela is very nice and helpful. And a very good cook! Dinner served at the Inn was delicious!!! Fresh home made food of excellent quality and prepared with lots of love. Our room was utterly charming, and the service was very gracious. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a lovely view of the lake. Our hostess was so helpful as we planned our tours for the next day.
