  The staff! First, I received a phone call from a female staffer who saw that the number of room occupants I had listed didn't match up correctly with the number of beds I requested. Second, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly (and extremely tolerant when my kids accidentally called him); he also made sure we knew where to eat dinner ... vad folk säger » before they closed. And third, the lady who checked us out was very friendly and quick to help us despite having to stay on top of the breakfast buffe - The restaurant next door is very good. Nothing to do with the hotel though.
