  The price was the main point, but also how it compares to in relation to other 2/3* hotels in the Benelux which is very good, quite individual. Also good location for someone who wants to be in the centre of Maastricht.   The houseboat was exceptionally clean and the shared living space and kitchen were outstanding. The canal site was close to the city but felt remote enough to have all the serenity of the countryside.
