  Modern hotel with nice location along the canal. - The comfort and silence after all the traveling. - The staff at Van der Valk Hotel Leiden was wonderful and very helpful.The hotel was very nice and very clean. The bar and restaurant (twoseparate facilities) were very nice as well and a nice addition. Thelocation on the canal was beautiful!

  The bed was comfy (memory foam) and the room spacious. Good air conditioning as it was 31 outside. The shower is a wet room type, clean and modern. Big fluffy white towels which we love. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location is very good, walk to the main shopping street in 1 minute and bars and res... vad folk säger » taurants in 2-3 minutes. We will stay again as we visit Leiden often. - Great location - very central. Friendly reception staff. Good choice at breakfast, although continental, there were a few cooked items, and everything was regularly replenished. Room was light and airy, with lots of space and a comfy double bed. Bathroom/wet room included a sun- shower (no goggles though!) Tea/coffee facilities in room. Two hot tubs and roof terrace.
