Området runt om var mycket finnt, även om det var inte i centrum, var det nära till bra restauranger, nattliv, museer, parken. - The hostel was clean and quiet. We were on the first floor and did not hear any noise all night. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly enough.   Everything about this was excellent - hotel small and characterful, staff extremely welcoming and helpful, breakfast delicious, rooms and beds very comfortable.   If you can get past the rather naff horse theme, this is a decent hotel for the price. We paid £380 for 3 nights during (uk) half term and at short notice which isn’t bad for Amsterdam and have no complaints. The staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms are simple, clean, modern and comfortable if a little small and with limited views/daylight ... vad folk säger » but better than many others we have stayed in. It’s in a very convenient location for the usual tourist stuff such as the Rijksmuseum and Leidseplien. - I liked the location,it is just a two minutes walk to Leidseplein where there are many restaurants, shops of all kind... from there you can reach very easy to the other main attractions: Dam Square, Rembrandtplein, Red Light District etc. I liked the room ...we were four girls and we took the four persons room which was very big, clean and comfortable. there were free coffees, cappuccinos, tea and the staff was really friendly. we all think it was a perfect choice.
