  Ronald the owner was lovely and made us feel at home from the start, chocolate brownies on arrival with everything to make a pot of tea. Fridge in room and very large space for a couple staying. Breakfast was served in the morning, candle lit and tasty too. Not ideal for party people and suited to couples, right next too paradiso and leidsplein an... vad folk säger » d 20 ft from entrance to vondelpark. 20-30 minute walk into centrum so ideally placed, also 5-10 minute walk from museumplein/van gogh/rijksmuseum. Wo - The room was excellent very tastefully furnished and overlooking Vondelpark which was great for watching the rush hour for bicycles! Ronald makes your stay very special as he provides a great breakfast just for you, has a very homely atmoshphere. There is also a coffee machine in the room and a small fridge. Would definately stay again.

  The location of Vossius Vondelpark is excellent - close to bus and tram stops but so easy to walk from that I never used public transport. The major museums and Heineken brewery are within 5 minutes walk. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the welcome from staff was warm and friendly at any hour of the day/night. We wanted to stay in the centre of town. The hotel is a few yards from Leidseplein. So location is great. We booked a small double, which was nice, clean and cosy. For breakfast we went to a bakery, so no comment on that. Will keep the hotel in mind for next stop in Amsterdam !

  The staff were always very friendly and helpful. They also let me bring my dog, and were very nice to him as well :) The location was great, it was very near many of the main museums, within walking distance, and the tram stops were about 5 min walk away. Parking was more difficult, but we were able to find a spot on the street nearby, and parking... vad folk säger » is free on Sundays so we didn't end up paying much. Our room had a balcony so that was nice. Room had a safe to lock up valuables which was free, and - Quiet location and spacious room: it is definitely worth staying slightly outside the city centre for these comforts. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the three major art galleries and the Vondelpark, which is great for picnics, reading and people-watching if you want a break from the hustle and bustle (or from all those paintings!).

  The welcome. Staff called in advance to determine arrival date and special requirements. Friendly staff service. Perfect location in the smart area of amsterdam, close to museums. Small hotel with just 3 rooms. Great personalized service from the owner a truly positive experience. Very beautiful upscale neighborhood loved it.
