  I had already stayed at this hotel once, in March. By that time, I loved the hotel except from it's staff, which I found a little rude. Now I think they have improved it. I've seen different people at the reception and they were much nicer. The location is the best thing about this hotel. There are several options of transportation close to - I got really impressed by the cleaness and comfort. The beds are wonderful. The bedding was very clean and nice. The furniture seems brand new. The shower is great! Free and fast wi-fi. The There is a kinder garden right in front of the hotel, so I think that's why the street is closed for cars, which makes it really peaceful even in the middle of everything else.   The Hotel Fita is very comfortable and clean. We stayed in a smaller room but it was set up well for our two night stay. The breakfast at the hotel is very good.   Highly recommended for a visit to Amsterdam Staff were outstanding We had a medical issue and the night receptionist (at 4am) really went the extra mile to help us. Room was very modern and comfortable and quite large by european standards, high standrad of bedding and amenities such as flat screen TVs. I highly recommend this hotel to any travellers looking to enjoy a great valued option compared to other ones in this expensive city.

  The hotel was a block from the Rijksmuseum -- the breakfast room looked across the street to the back archway. We were two blocks from the Van Gogh Museum, and on the tram and bus lines that led everywhere. We were able to take a BUS to and from the airport by walking a few steps. I suspect we had the best room in the place, a large double on the lobby flo - Let's be clear - this is a budget hotel. Basic furnishings, shared bathroom. Three major museums no more than 500 m away, canals also, supermarket nearby, plenty of food options, and the wonderful vondelpark. Good basic breakfast. Bed comfortable. Clean facilities. Good vibe.
