I loved the location, decor and style. It was very clean and cosy!
I would much prefer to stay here over a hotel and would book it again!
Beds were very comfortable and tidy. Kitchen well equipped. -

We were a group of 7 guys, was the best solution we could hope for. The apartment was amazing, comftrble, clean, in the best location in Amsterdam (right on Rembarndet squre) which is packed with pubs, restarunts, coffee shops. The staff was amazing- especially the Bartender - anything we asked was accompanied with a smile - you were amazing!!! th

Apartment very modern, a nice touch having fresh flowers in the apartment and pictures of old film stars and musicians in black & white was great.
The proprietor was extremely nice and let us leave our luggage in the apartment after 11 am until our flight, she also let us into the apartment on arrival without having to wait until the allotted time as the apartment was vacant.

Friendliness of all hotel staff, the feeling that I was staying at someone's home rather than a hotel. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the Lounge were great. Due to the central location of the hotel, it was nice to be able to return with shopping and stop for a coffee or a glass of wine before venturing out for more shopping! Lots of rest

The position of the apartment is ideal for getting around especially with the trams being so near. You can get a day pass or 24 hr pass on the trams which works out much cheaper for getting around the whole of Amsterdam. Nice quiet location but within easy reach of evening entertainment and dining. The apartment is very clean and has good kitchen facilities.

Centrally located in an interesting neighbourhood, clean, well furnished and equipped, spacious, lots of charm and character. The staff were very helpful. Every day as we would head home after a busy day of sightseeing, we felt like we were going home. We highly recommend this for families with young children. -

Me and friends went to Amsterdam for a volleyball torunemnet. So we had various activities to attend. We had no problem at all as Kaan stay is well located. Walk distance to city centre. And very close to tram stops which can take you anywhere around Amsterdam. The owners (husband and wife) were very friendly and gave us a very warming welcoming.

the house is huge split over 5 floors, which was great as it was a group of friends travelling.
Very modern and clean inside, steps to the different floors were steep but soon got used to those. kitchen had everything you need in it. the owners were great, i emailed them to get advise on how to get to the house and they emailed me straight back, we was greeted when we got there and given his mobile number if there was any problems . i would book to stay here again with my friends as its great
