Hotellet tillmötesgick på ett bra sätt ett litet specialönskemål framfört vid bokningen. - Helpful and hospitable staff, big room, nice and comfy beds and great location. The hotel was in a great location in the center of town. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Amsterdam Centraal train station. The staff was very helpful. The location is the best you can get in Amsterdam - close to all touristic attractions, shopping, restaurants and so on, as it is right in the middle of the city.
In the same time, it's far enough from the hustle and bustle of Dam Square, Red Light District or the trams and cars to be decently quiet.
