  Frankly, it was the best choise I have ever made. &Quot;House of Amstel" is very central in terms of location, you can find the place very easily just a few minutes of walking from Dam Sqaure, it is actually at the intersection of several busy streets such as Damrak and Amstel ; it's called Muntplein. Apart from excellent location the place is very comfortable, you have everything under your hand. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  Excellent location, in a nice quiet area but still close to everything. You felt like you were living as a local. Lovely view of the canal and ideal for visiting Anne Frank House. Booked in at a cute antique shop and check out was really simple, just posting keys through the letter box.   We booked the Guest-Houseboat for our 12th anniversary because we wanted to stay somewhere special and it certainly exceeded our expectations! We've visited Amsterdam many times before, but we felt that staying here gave us a completely different perspective on this beautiful city. Paul was an excellent host. When we arri - I have never stayed in a houseboat before. I was not disappointed. It was a great apparment on the canal. Great view through the large windows. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!

  Excellent accommodation not far from the center of Amsterdam, but also in a quiet part of town. Windows overlook to a nice patio, room is clean, bright, equipped with the basic necessities for a perfect stay. You can drink coffee in the morning, breathing fresh air and admiring the view.
