Polite helpful friendly staff at front desk and the lobby rest bar. They answer any question and always work with a smile on the face :)
Excellent location walking distance from central station dam spiru museum district. We love walking around the city and never needed to use public transport.

Friendliness of all hotel staff, the feeling that I was staying at someone's home rather than a hotel. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the Lounge were great. We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well.
