  Nadia Hotel is in the perfect location. Just a stroll away from all the main attractions with a nice view across to where Anne Frank House is. The staff there are so friendly. A big special mention to Hazem who was so attentive and helpful to us. We are on a long extended holiday so have very heavy luggage. He really made our stay at Nadia so memorable with his - I liked all of it - this is a quirky, little hotel which has the best location - 10 minutes from main station and 2 minutes from Anne Frank's house. Small room but everything you need, including a little fridge, tea and coffee and a complimentary drink when you arrive. Very friendly, efficient staff.   The hotel was in perfect location to explore Amsterdam, just around the corner from either Prisengracht or Keisergracht tram station and about 5 minutes walk into the very busy Leidsplein. We loved our stay here in Amsterdam.   We loved the fact that the room was absolutely silent and bliss for a good nights sleep. The large size cosmetics were terrific as it meant we could enjoy a proper bath without running out of bath foam! The breakfast room is very grand and overlooks the manicured rear garden. Staff are extremely polite and will go out of their w - All of the staff were gracious and solicitous. Our room, though without a canal or garden view, was beautifully designed and exceptionally quiet. One of the reasons we chose Canal House was the garden which exceeded our expectations as a comfortable and beautiful place to chill out, read and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. As I needed to rest my foot one day, it was a particularly welcome amenity.

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury
