  The rooms where modern and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and can speak English. - Hotel is still not 100% ready for its guests - sauna etc but staff were excellent. I have recommended it already.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment).   The Hotel was perfect for us , away from the hustle-bustle and noise.Well connected to the city center by Tram No. 5. close to Rail Station South. Neat and clean. Above all the most Helpful Staff we have ever seen anywhere else, till we stayed in this hotel. My wife injured her ankle ( in the city) on the very first day of our stay. The hotel is placed in a business zone, so it is very quiet and spacious . You have lots of places to have breakfast at the metro station, don't buy the hotel one that it is very expensive(23 euro/person). Also, at the hotel you have free coffe/tea maker in the room.
