  The location was fantastic - loved the windows overlooking the street! Lots to watch - even though the street is noisy, this unit is on the 3rd floor with the bedroom in back and very quiet. - This is a small 5 stars level hotel. It is luxury to stay there.   The apartment was in a great location, right in the hub of Amsterdam. It was clean and well decorated.Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definately recommend the apartments to groups of people going to Amsterdam but Im not sure we would have liked it so much if we had to share with another couple.   Frankly, it was the best choise I have ever made. &Quot;House of Amstel" is very central in terms of location, you can find the place very easily just a few minutes of walking from Dam Sqaure, it is actually at the intersection of several busy streets such as Damrak and Amstel ; it's called Muntplein. Apart from excellent location the place is very comfortable, you have everything under your hand. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  Location is very good, only 5 munites of walk from central station. The room is tidy and distinctive. Kitchen is also nice, we cooked during our stay. A feeling of Home. I will choose this accomadation again when the next time to Amsterdam. - Staff& location

  The room is beatiful and big, with all conforts, the bathroom is huge, new with bath and a shower a part. The owner is very friendly and just writing each-other by mail (I Phone) we could be in touch and organize everything. We have left the baggages all the day till the evening! I suggest his room (he has only 1 room at the moment) - the owner Harry was very friendly and nice! we could cooking in the kitchen and enjoy the sunshine in the living room. Harry even did the big help for picking me up at the sation and carrying our luggages to the sation when we were leaving.

  I stayed in this hotel with my wife. We arrived sooner than planned in Amsterdam and had to leave our baggage in the hotel before the check-in time, but that was absolutely no problem. The room is perfect, clean and spacious, with a great view to the river and equipped with a nice shower, toilet and kitchen. Air conditioning and heating facilities... vad folk säger » are also available but, luckily, being the weather perfect, we didn't need to use any of them. For breakfast, we were left all the necessary ingredie - Excellent stay. We chose this as it is something different and more fun than an ordinary hotel and it was fabulous. Centrally located (10 mins walk from Centraal) but quiet. The standard of accommodation was excellent. Lovely to sit in the wheel house with a drink in hand looking out over the water. Very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.
