  The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around.   It is a wacky hotel decorated in the style known as 'shack chic'. It may not be to everyone's taste but we loved it. The beds are very comfortable which is the main thing.
