  The hotel is brand new and was still being finished. The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. Once everything is finished a 100% I'm positive this will be a great hotel. The service was outstanding and the staff sure had a lot of patience as... vad folk säger » a were also all learning. It is directly behind central station and next to the cruise port also its a 15 minute walk to the red light district. - This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.

  Situated in an amazing area, so beautiful, gave me a different outlook on Amsterdam. Surrounded by everything you need. Bars, clubs, cafe's, restaurants and even the drop of point for tourists is just a 2minuit walk away. You can return to your hotel at any time through the night into the morning. We got discount cards for ever tourist attractio - Excellent situation by Rembrandtplein, 20 min walk anywhere and trams 9 and 4 to Central Station. While frosty outside inside was warm and cosy. Very friendly Asian staff. Basic breakfast but good 8am-10am. Wifi excellent in rooms.
