  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  Saskia and Peter are the friendliest most helpful people possible! The location was perfect! Bang in the middle of Amsterdam and was only a 10 minute walk from red light, 30 second walk to Dam square! Apartment was trendy, cool, modern but very homely. Everything was provided, iron, hairstyle, cleaning products etc. Can not speak highly enough o... vad folk säger » f this place. We will 100% be staying again - Just amazing from all aspects. Most definitely the best apartment you can get at that price. Saskia (who owns the apt.) is available 24/7 - Super friendly. Location is superb! It is only a stone throw away from Dam Square and most main attractions. Look no further if searching for accommodation. Trust me on this one!!!

  The warm welcome we received from Wendy at the reception desk was just the beginning of our very nice stay in Amsterdam at the Nesplein V. The rooms are large and decorated in interesting modern/steampunk way that sets this hotel apart from the bland chain hotels. The wallpaper in the elevator kept us chuckling, too! Polite helpful friendly staff at front desk and the lobby rest bar.
