  Amsterdam's a walkable city and the Avanti is just right in the Middle of the City a 7 minutes walk from the Central Station! Made life really easy as I could explore and return at anytime without bothering when the tram and the like would close. Dave and Annie are also extremely helpful and nice, showed us the Best places to go to, where to eat, ... vad folk säger » how to move and the like, felt at home. Breakfast added too was great as well as the fridge and microwave so we could get up at anytime and make a qui - Brilliant location, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink excellent and very reasonably priced. Comfortable, very clean and well looked after.The Avanti was a pleasure to stay on. Our hosts went out of their way to provide help, information and warmth to us, and we really couldn't have asked for anything more. The ship is very well kitted out, and anything you might need has already been thought of, and is easy to access. A lovely place to chill, with a homely atmosph

  We slept on a boat - what else can I say? :) Very friendly staff (father and daughter), they helped us with all our questions. Of course the rooms are a bit small (and so was the bathroom), but this was to be expected on a boat. We really loved that it was so well located, everything is reachable by foot. And the prices are pretty cheap, even the ... vad folk säger » breakfast was included. There was coffee and tea all day. I would highly recommend it for a special Amsterdam-trip. :) - Fantastic location, very friendly staff, and great value for money. Cheapest room with ensuite in Amsterdam! Nice to be on a houseboat, very relaxing.

  Everything was very good. Comfortable rooms, clean and cosy hotel, really not far from railway station. Personal is very friendly, I have only best ratings for their work. - The cleanliness, location & concept. En suite bathroom. Breakfast and the staff. Would definitely come back to Hotelboat Iris.

  A very nice place to stay with friendly and especially helpful staff. Breakfast is good, the place is spotless, and it is to very close to the sights, and the train station. Since it is a docked boat it is also very quiet. Don't forget it is a boat cabin what you will get. In the summer, this boat cruises the waterways of France. As long as you expect cramped, boat cabin accommodations and a staff of one, it's fine.

  Riktigt bra hjälp första dagen/natten - - Place is in a fantastic location (about 15 minutes walk into the centre of Amsterdam) - very well equipped apartment, fully stocked cooking utensils and other bits and bobs (coffee, tea making facilities) - the owner (Auche) is extremely friendly and showed us around the apartment and gave helpful tips ... vad folk säger » and advice about what's good to do around the area of the Apartment - We spent a great time in Aucke and Jacqueline's studio who were very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is close to Centrum and in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can sleep there in almost complete silence. Everything was very clean and well decorated.
