  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. All the staff where great and I have never had a room in any hotel of any level where the maid folded clothes, put them away, put the cap back on my razor etc - The facilities provided were excellent. The hotel was close to the Venue RAI Conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.
