Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. The position of the apartment is ideal for getting around especially with the trams being so near. You can get a day pass or 24 hr pass on the trams which works out much cheaper for getting around the whole of Amsterdam. Nice quiet location but within easy reach of evening entertainment and dining. The apartment is very clean and has good kitchen facilities.
