  Allting var mycket bra. Mycket trevligt bemötande i receptionen när vi anlände. Mannen som tog emot oss var mycket vänlig och tog sig god tid att informera om dels hotellet samt även om övriga praktiska detaljer om Amsterdam som var bra att få veta. Den lyxiga lägenhet för 4 personer var helt fantastisk. Snyggt möblerad, bra utrustad och mycket frä... vad folk säger » sch.   Pay for the Double Ensuite!! It's HUGE!!! The room had 4 large windows, a queen size bed, closets, washbasin, sofa, dinette and a tv. This hotel ticked all. Epically liked the food and drink to yourself to coffee without asking. Close to the city centre yet quite. The owner takes great pride in his hotel and it shows. The hotel retains the character of a Dutch house, yes there are steep steps but that adds, so many hotels are bland chains…enjoy!

  The hotel was in perfect location to explore Amsterdam, just around the corner from either Prisengracht or Keisergracht tram station and about 5 minutes walk into the very busy Leidsplein. The breakfast also very good, although was a bit late as needed to leave early, bit it is ok given this hotel is not for business travellers and I chose it because I needed to attend a conference, and had to do it at the very last minute. The breakfast has everything one needs,so much so that you may skip lunch. On ch - We stayed at the Clemens for three nights in November and enjoyed everything about our stay. Great location - we walked everywhere. When arriving in Amsterdam, we walked from the station to the hotel about 10 minutes but did take a cab to the airport when we left; the hotel made arrangements for us. Also, if you do not purchase tickets for the museums in advance, you can purchase them from the hotel. There is a great Irish Pub - O'Reilly where we had a wonderful dinner and we shopped at th
