  I am a very friendly person, Australian. I found the staff including Martin (?spelling) to be very helpful and concerned that I had an enjoyable time. I am an Andre Rieu fan since the Unsolved murder of my son Ben, aged 22yrs.the hotel is close to the Vrijthof, a good walk in the old city.i love history. Room 7/Nana was exceptional, split level and so spacious. Felt more like my own apartment. Beds are HUGE and incredibly comfortable. Service was excellent and the swimming pool, although I was unable to use it, looked beautiful.

  the lady at reception while I was checking out was very kind and honest as I made a mistake and gave 50 E more than I should, and she gave them back, not the money but this young lady made my day - Nice comfortable room, good breakfast (a lot of choice), good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, sufficient free carparking (a big plus).
