Bra och trevlig personal! Charmigt hotell som absolut var värt pengarna. - Man kände stort förtroende för personalen och det var mycket bra ordning och reda samt rena sängkläder och bekväma sängar. Jag har tidgare på sensommaren bott på ett fyr-stjärningt hotell som inte alls var i närheten av renlighet och ordning och reda som här.

We stayed at the Clemens for three nights in November and enjoyed everything about our stay. Great location - we walked everywhere. When arriving in Amsterdam, we walked from the station to the hotel about 10 minutes but did take a cab to the airport when we left; the hotel made arrangements for us. I liked all of it - this is a quirky, little hotel which has the best location - 10 minutes from main station and 2 minutes from Anne Frank's house. Staff were really friendly and the location was good! We went clubbing each night and came in around 6 but they had no problems with letting us in at whatever time. The guys at reception gave us about 100 maps because we kept asking for directions and they were really helpful! Clean towels everyday from cleaners and toilet roll always replenished.

I liked the fact there's an elevator, the place was clean and seemed nice. the owners seemed very nice and friendly and pleasant. there's a free breakfast with two kinds of breads, buns, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, sliced meat. It wasn't the best breakfast selection but it was pretty good for the value. Loved the resident cat that kept wandering in and out dying for attention :) the lounge/breakfast area was nice.

The breakfast also very good, although was a bit late as needed to leave early, bit it is ok given this hotel is not for business travellers and I chose it because I needed to attend a conference, and had to do it at the very last minute. I was very lucky with this place. I recommend it. -
