  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  Utifrån den standard som jag bokade, så uppfyllde de absolut mina förväntningar. Sköna sängar och det var förhållandevis lungt på hotellet. Låg också mycket centralt - The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes to central station and close to the red light district but not on top of it.   Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host. Staff very friendly and very helpful, carried our luggage upstairs. Sorted problem with tv immediately. Happy to store luggage for you before you book in and after you book out. Standard is similar to that of a good youth hostel in the uk.

  Saskia and Peter are the friendliest most helpful people possible! The location was perfect! Bang in the middle of Amsterdam and was only a 10 minute walk from red light, 30 second walk to Dam square! Apartment was trendy, cool, modern but very homely. Most definitely the best apartment you can get at that price. Saskia (who owns the apt.) is available 24/7 - Super friendly. Location is superb!   The warm welcome we received from Wendy at the reception desk was just the beginning of our very nice stay in Amsterdam at the Nesplein V. The rooms are large and decorated in interesting modern/steampunk way that sets this hotel apart from the bland chain hotels. The wallpaper in the elevator kept us chuckling, too!
