Hotellet var väldigt bra beläget. Närhet till det mesta och en spårvagn alldeles runt hörnet. - Fräsch och rimlig storlek på rummet utifrån prisklass. Lugnt område, bra tvkanals-urval. Helt ok frukost även om urvalet var litet.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. Avståndet in till centrum var helt perfekt. Cirka 10-15 min promenad. - The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was located just out of the way from the middle of town so it gave us a little area to ourselves with some peace and quiet. The rooms weren't too small, and it was very clean. Internet access was very easy to use and convenient.

Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, tram stop right outside taking you straight to the centre and only minutes from the lovely Vondelpark so you also feel away from it all. Despite the proximity to the main road we experienced no traffic noise whatsoever in our room. We had a triple room which was minimal, clean and comfortable. We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also.
