  Läget. Nära till allt. Lite liten skylt. - Excellent service - an ideal 2-star hotel for anyone wishing only bed and breakfast. The staff could not be more helpful, rooms and beds were very comfortable and an excellent continental breakfast is available for a small additional charge. An ideal base for exploring Netherlands. - Hotel Malts is quite lovely and the owners are kind and professional. After asking about where to have dinner with our children, we were given a map and thoughtful answers on where to visit and eat beyond our guide book. The Hotel Malts' breakfast is a real treat too so I recommend you enjoy it for at least one morning. And the beds are very comfortable!

  What a gem! Such a special place, right on a small canal. This is a home from home and I'd recommend staying in Haarlem rather than Amsterdam with children as it's 15 minutes by train into Amsterdam and the same time to the beautiful beach. Haarlem is a mini Amsterdam without the awful crowds and the house was a perfect haven.
