A buffet breakfast is served each morning that includes fresh orange juice, home made jam, fresh baked bread and other seasonal ingredients. There are a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive, serving a wide range of local and international cuisine. Guests can rent bikes at the hotel and cycle in the area, or go hiking in the forest. Free parking is available on site. There is also a secure bike storage for guests to use.

de Logerie is a wonderful place to stay about 2km from the centre of Enkhuizen (which is a pretty coastal town with a lots going on in the harbour area). It is a flower farm run by a lovely, friendly family who did everything possible to help and make this an exceptional stay, including giving restaurant recommendations and making a booking for us. The rooms are beautiful - large with great beds and walk-in showers. Breakfast was a feast with the freshest eggs we have ever had - straight from t.
