Room was clean, comfortable and fully stocked, the shower was excellent, constant temperature hot and roomy, made me want to sing in it! Nothing was too much for the landlady. Definitely return there. Somebody suggested in review to block out the bedroom door window, that has been done. Literally everything provided; couldn't wish for anything. The wildlife in the gracht is great to watch; we made friends with a few pigeons who ate out of our hand on the window ledge.

Goog value for the money, everything well taken care of, the beds and the breakfast and the facilities were excellent. As well as the location. Certainly repeatable!. Very spcious, clean and all the facilities that you need. Modern. Nice to have breakfast already in the refridgerator so you can eat in the room. EverytHing that needed to be thee was there, and even more. Friendly reception, willi,g to adapt to my late arrival. Fabulous location and accomodation. Really helpful owner. Excellent facilities. My room had small window under ceiling, i had door what was connected with their own house, i didn't like it, cuz i heard how their door bell ringing, people walking, washing machine worked. U better ask from them more isolated room. Cuz i was staying there twice. Privious room was just perfect for me with balcony and nice view from wondow, and coming to this room with same price was kinda unpleasantly. Too simple breakfast. Adding some fruits and may be cereals could work... I liked all. I would have appreciated an easy chair. Lack of parking and access by car. This was inconvienient and should be explained on internet booking. Do it yourself breakfast. Door to ensuite bathroom located in lobby area with access to another room. at 05:45 the light in the corridor switched on, and somebody was moving around [as silently as possible]. suggestion is to blackout the window above the bedroom door. Poor wifi connection. The bed was so-so. The private bathroom was through the communal hallway and also very cold. The central heating could only bet turned on or off.
