The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. The apartments themselves offer you a little bit of Amsterdam. The canal views are amazing and we loved having breakfast looking out on what felt like 1 of the best views in Amsterdam. -

We arrived at around 10am (check-in not til 2pm) & we were allowed to go to our room almost straight away, which was brilliant as we were so tired after being awake since 3am UK time.
The room was perfect! The highest ceilings ever, and amazing black-out curtains so we could catch up on sleep when it was really light outside. Super comfy bed.
