Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. The location which was quiet, the breakfasts were great, the bed was large and very compfortable,the coffee maker, the cleanliness of the place the most important of all to us.
The weather was so cold and awfull for our trip, we spent a lot of time on the boat, it was warm, there were hundreds of good DVDs so we watched loads, and fed the swans, and ducks through the open window!

The room was gorgeous. Very nice simple yet elegant style. The bathroom is beautiful and the beds very comfy. The location is good as it is easy to get anywhere from the apartment. Lovely view from the balcony. We went at a cold time and the heating was timed just right for when we woke up or went to bed. Amazing apartment worth the money. Definatly recommendable.

The Old Lady is a restored terrace on the canal in Amsterdam. We rented the apartment which is spacious, comfortable and clean. The building is very well located only minutes from the railway station and right on one of the canals. Most of the city's attractions, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts are very cooperative and an excellent breakfast was provided.
