Centraal. Everything within walking distance. Clean and well preserved.
The size of the apartment ideal for a couple or a solo business traveler
staying for a week+ and needs space to work remotely. Friendly and

Awesome location for getting around. Central Station so close. Beautiful view right outside the window. Sun streams in in the afternoon. Cafes, Bars, and restaurants so close. Supermarket just across the road.
Excellent location right in the centre of Amsterdam (waling distance to almost everything), good view over a canal, clean. Friendly and helpful manager (Richard).
Location was fantastic, close to train and city centre. Apartment had a great amount of space and had all cooking equipment.
Appartment is in a fantastic location. It was warm and comfortable with all ameneties for a short stay.

The kitchen.
A very narrow entrance on the ground floor so difficult to enter if with
a big suitcase. Also very steep steps and thus challenging to climb up
and down the stairs if the apartment on 2nd or 3rd floor. Especially if
carrying a lot of baggages. Hangers for shirts in the room and for
towels in the bathroom were missing. No closet. Plus a little noisy
because of Nieuwmarkt square's cafes/restaurants/bars, which
are open until late. No problem for me.
The bathroom has no tub-bring rubber slippers!.
Lack of wardrobes/storage for clothes, no hooks in the shower room - nothing to hang even a towel on, which is quite inconvenient.
Thin walls - could get a abit loud given location.
Problems meeting up for access, again!!.
