  The hotel is small (just few rooms) & very nice. The rooms are very big sized, 40 m or even more, the windows are huge & the view is very nice. There is a well organized kitchen with coffee machine. And the owner of the hotel, Mark, is one of the most friendly owners I have ever met.   We loved everything! Except the stairs. Our room was up 5 floors of steep stairs but if you can get over that... The rest was awesome! Extremely clean, very large, very well equipped, great bathroom, large kitchen area, special comfy beds and very modern.   Excellent accommodation not far from the center of Amsterdam, but also in a quiet part of town. Windows overlook to a nice patio, room is clean, bright, equipped with the basic necessities for a perfect stay. You can drink coffee in the morning, breathing fresh air and admiring the view.   We stayed in the basic room. Though very small, it was very well equiped, nothing was missing, from hair dryer to coffee facilities. The view was very nice, right on the Amstel river, giving you the sensation you were actually floating. Mirjiam was very nice, delivering breakfast every morning to our room. It was very clean and cosy. There was no reception, so you were on - Stayed in the suite - nicely decorated, tons of kitchen tools, two 2 piece bathrooms, lovely continental breakfasts each day and hosts that were very friendly and eager to please. The host also provided a ton of detailed directions for us before our arrival. They were also very responsive to our emails and texts.

Lots to watch - even though the street is noisy, this unit is on the 3rd floor with the bedroom in back and very quiet. - This is a small 5 stars level hotel. It is luxury to stay there.
