  The atmosphere of place was impeccable from facility to environment. Actually the owner of the boat he was so kind and generous so that we can feel comfortable where you were staying. I'd like to say that you should go there even though price is a bit higher than other hotel. Apart from excellent location the place is very comfortable, you have everything under your hand. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  We booked the Guest-Houseboat for our 12th anniversary because we wanted to stay somewhere special and it certainly exceeded our expectations! We've visited Amsterdam many times before, but we felt that staying here gave us a completely different perspective on this beautiful city. Paul was an excellent host. When we arri - I have never stayed in a houseboat before. I was not disappointed. It was a great apparment on the canal. Great view through the large windows. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!
