Excellent location in an upscale neighbourhood close to the hustle and
bustle of the city but far enough away for it to a relaxing retreat.
Being right next to Vondelpark was a wonderful benefit. The room was
very elegant and comfortable. Having the kitchen was very helpful and
reasonably stocked which is really a benefit when travelling with kids

This property has charming private suites with a special extra touch of amenities. They offer a delicious breakfast with a deluxe coffee/espresso-maker in the room. Our suite has a deep soaking bathtub and separate shower with rain-shower and hand held shower-head. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and as if we were at home. Perfect B&B setting in a city environment. Excellent location if you're business is in the Rai convention center, Very comfortable accomodation, lovely and helpful family (not just staff). Vi hade gårdsrummet som bara har utsikt mot en vägg med någon sorts murgröna. Det dyrare rummet mot gatan har en liten balkong med utsikt mot kanalen. Brant trappa upp till rummet - något som jag tror är typiskt för de gamla husen i Amsterdam.

We had an excellent stay during our 3 nights at Park 9. It is in a beautiful setting across from Sarphatipark, in a very nice part of Amsterdam. The house itself is really nice and the bedrooms are of the highest quality that you will find in Amsterdam. Peter and Robert as hosts could not make you feel more welcome and if you are not familiar with the City, they will give you great advice on what to do and see which is really helpful for those who have little experience of Amsterdam. The staff was excellent. This is a small run operation but they were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Room is quite simple with a funny little shower off the kitchen (and the toilet behind that!) but it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. Great for a couple looking for a quiet location to relax and be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Amsterdam. This was a great area to stay to check out the trendy Jordaan, nine streets, and night club district.

The location and views from the suite could not be bettered.
The suite itself was large,spotless,very comfortable,warm and with excellent ensuite facilities. The manager,Thomas,was incredibly welcoming,helpful and spoke perfect English. He also prepared an excellent breakfast which was eaten overlooking the canal. We would highly recommend and without doubt would return. Thank you Thomas for all your help. Robert and Joyce.
