  We loved the design of the hotel, huge rooms with gorgeous bathroom, great position near main shopping and business area of Windhoek, friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, stunning view of Windhoek from bar and pool deck on 9th floor.   The rooms and bathrooms are clean . The lifts are not working please repair them . You should have valet services to assist guests to their rooms carry their bags up the stair case. The facilities in the rooms are modern. - Even though the hotel is old, it's recently been renovated and kept in good shape! Very polite and helpful staff!
