location, the décor and cleanliness. Restaurant...first class. Simple design and great location. Good location. Nice pool. would have liked a few chairs, hair dryer, face cloths and hot water. No service whatsoever, barely acknowledged by staff. Some areas feel like they are falling into disarray. Staff clearly not trained to work in a hotel. The service was the slowest we had ever seen. We had to ask for an itemized bill on the day we checked out and soon saw that we had been charged almost 700 Pesos for an item that we had not purchased. We got a refund but this did not help the overall negative impression we had of how this hotel is run.
