Great views of the city and beautiful room setting. Quick access to the city if you're fit and don't mind climbing up the stairs. Staff was helpful in carrying the luggage up to the hotel. Make sure you call to let them know you're arriving since taxis don't recognize the alley the hotel is at. Otherwise...great hotel!.
Our recpcionista was wonderful: warm and welcoming. The hotel was charming: intimate, nicely landscaped and decorated; very handy to the centro. Our room was spacious and bright. Would definitely stay here again (IF we visited San Miguel again).alla recensioner »
The friendly staff. The accommodating attitude regarding my late arrival. The comfortable room with king size bed and adjoining bath.
All; the large bed, the nice staff, the cute bathroom, the free overnight parking and the nice location.
It was clean & friendly. Close to walk downtown. The staff did their best to meet our needs.

Staff not very helpful. Hotel looked deserted at times and wifi access was really bad. There are additional networks that cover the room areas but the available staff provided a wrong password and didn't know anything about why it wasn't working. Breakfast not very good.
We had asked for a street view room but were kept awake by late-night revellers and barking dogs. Solution: request the courtyard double room just off the office. It is lovely.

Our room was on a side street, so it was very noisy during the night. Other rooms might be fine. In most of Mexico noise is not unusual.
