Costa Baja was everything we love. Great resort, clean, good pools ( beach club is beautiful!) great food and most of all a friendly helpful staff. We would like to name a few who went over and above. Freddy,Jose, Leopoldo,Raul and Karla at Mosaic restaurant. This group was the stand outs for us although everyone was helpful. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is like a village indipendent from la paz but near. All the facilities are wonderful. Staff very kind and helpful. Reasonable price giving that it is a 5 stars and it worth it.

The staff was incredible and hospitable. It was difficult to turn a corner without someone offering to help to make your stay that much more wonderful and relaxing.
The resort is stunning and rooms are top notch. It's the perfect getaway and offers great quiet time. Plenty of space poolside or down on the private beach.

Everyone on the staff was excellent. All very welcoming and helpful. The restaurants had great food and drinks. The beach was gorgeous as were the 2 pools. There is even a swim up sushi bar!

The El Encanto Inn is charming and beautiful. It is in a perfect location near night life, music and shopping. Very easy access from Rt 1 (take first turn off as you go toward San Jose it is less than a mile on the right, just past Tende 17 used furniture store. Directions included were terrible) I would stay again. -

The atmosphere had a very good vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. Everything was geared towards my comfort, from the room to the "mattresses" at the pool where you tan in comfort. We usually stay at a beautiful resort that is more family oriented, so it was wonderful to have a rockin dj who was literally making the pool a big party. -

The staff was amazingly attentive and friendly. They strove to make
check in easy. I told them it was my birthday and they left a nice
birthday note and flowers in my room. The room was spacious, beautiful
and clean. We had drinks at the bar and listened to a young guitarist
who played wonderful flamenco/classical music.

Destino monthly brochure upon arrival has better maps for visitors and

The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome...Sheila and Julio at the cafe; Matias at the front door; Rosita and Ricardo in the bar. The decor of Bar Esquina was also very stylish. Food/Drink was delicious. Liked the overall atmosphere and vibe of the place. It was hip/trendy but still the right amount of casual/friendly.
