location is great!!!, over the principal street in palenque where you can find all...hotel offer tours to Palenque or you can have a cab outside to go to the beatiful mayan city.
Staff were helpfull and friendly.

Although we arrived at 15 (and the check in was from 12) the room was not ready.
The room was a bit 'shabby.
We found hair in the shower and ants in the room.
