  The staff were fabulous! Particularly the housekeeping staff (Isabel) and all of the waitstaff in the restaurant. The daytime woman at the desk was fabulous... I didn't get her name, unfortunately. Great balcony, comfortable room with lots of space. Beautiful courtyard/pool with fountains. One block from the zocalo so VERY good location.   The atmosphere of the common areas truly is Spanish colonial. The room was over the top in comfort and amenities. Staff was accommodating and cheerful. I'd stay again on my return. - Lovely lovely place. Wonderful staff. Great location.

  Service was excellent. Rooms were good size and clean. When we needed to fix the air conditioning. Needed new battery in the control, it was sorted in five minutes. We also ate in the restaurant, which was good too. Great central location in heart if historic centre. Would go back - The staff was perfect. I cannot complain at all.   We loved our stay at xtilu. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, bright, and clean. The included breakfast was delicious! Security is taken very seriously- the front door is always locked. This made us feel very safe.

The location, everything you want to see is less than five minutes from this place, but the building has good walls and windows so doesn't let the street noise in. The bathroom, our shower was huge.
