The location is convenient when getting off the ferry - offers a good breakfast for a few dollars. The owner was very nice, especially to our little dog. Close to everything. Our room was very dirty and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was disappointing, it looked like there was mold on the ceiling. Dirty, inept, extremely noisy until 3 a.m., no hot water,.
