  Very friendly and helpful reception and nice cleaning and cooking staff. Their location is really good, 2 min to the Metrobus station, within 10 min to the subway station and 20 min to the Plaza Reforma. I walked a lot because it's enjoyable to do so. I like cooking at the kitchen at the roof top and I saw quite a few other guests doing - The staff and owner are very personable, down-to-earth and easy to get along with. If you ask them a question they will help you. Everyone speaks perfect English and they're all very well educated. I met some amazing people in the hostel from around Latin America. The owner, Angel Ortiz is very accommodating, which is good. The staff of Humberto, Giovanni, Eric, and Lupita are incredible! The breakfast is very hearty, healthy, and tastes good.   The staff was courteous and always attentive to our needs. The suite was fantastic! On our last night we were able to entertain several of my family members due to the spaciousness of the suite. We cannot say enough a - The apartment is very large in a great location, near everything, subway, many restaurants, shops, a bar, disco. Very comfortable apartment with excellent cleaning. The apartments are extremely soundproof and very large bed so comfy that we had the best sleep. The impeccable attention to detail in everything, the decor, chinese chic vases and lamps. They was beautiful, the room furnishings were top quality and I felt like I was in a luxurious apartment. The front desk staff were exceptional.

What - Well decorated, very clean, friendly staff who were very helpful, excellent restaurant, nice location. I have no complaints, I will stay here again.
