I would like to thank the staff of El Tapatio for taking care of my mom on her stay. An unfortunate incident occurred, my step father passed away at the hotel and the caring staff had so graciously, been a comfort to her. -
The restaurant food was delicious and the staff very friendly, they accommodates to our needs.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm. Brft was delicious and had omlette made perfectly. -

wardrobe, good wifi speed, aircondition. 4.Helpfull staff speaking
good english ( we do speak spanish but for some tourists it is
